To the Moon

Far from the heavens above you stay still
Reminding me of the snow covered on the hill
I would go there not because everyone admires you
Neither will I go there to stay but I will be honest and true

Can I go there and have a view on what you see?
Everything is so small like me when I was a baby
Below you are the other beings and sceneries of the earth
Rippling waters of the sea, swaying trees and animals giving birth

You seem so happy watching all these by your own
Aren’t you sad because you are doing this all alone?
Now don’t you worry my dear moon
To give you company is why I’m here but I need to go back soon

Random things on earth happen every minute
I don’t know why but I like the silence here that does not have limit
Very tranquil and safe unlike the noise that the earth make
Ever serene and vivid no matter what it takes

Roughly, I am running out of air to breathe
And so I say,”Farewell to you dear moon! You had been kind and oh so sweet!”
